No Fees. Serving Humanity with Integrity

At Darul Sadaqah Charitable Foundation (DSCF), we believe in complete transparency and are dedicated to maximizing the impact of your contributions. We do not charge any processing, platform, or contract fees — 100% of the funds collected are disbursed directly to the beneficiaries.

All platform-related costs, including website development, hosting, and maintenance, are fully borne by Darul Sadaqah Charitable Foundation to ensure that every penny of your donation reaches those in need.

  • Payment Gateway Fees: The payment gateway deducts approximately 2% (or 5% in some cases) of the total collected amount as a service fee. An 18% GST is applicable on this fee.
  • Accepted Donations: We accept donations in INR (Indian Rupees) only, from Indian nationals using Indian bank accounts.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Donations made through darulsadaqahcharityfoundation.org are considered final and cannot be refunded, except in exceptional circumstances as outlined below:

  1. Fraudulent or Misrepresented Causes:
  • If a cause is later discovered to be fraudulent or in violation of our terms of service (despite thorough verification by our team) and no funds have been transferred, donors will be contacted individually to either:
    • Receive a full refund to the original payment method.
    • Redirect the donation to another existing, verified cause of their choice.
  1. Cause Fulfillment or Cancellation:
  • If a cause reaches its goal early, or if the funds are no longer required (before any funds are disbursed), we will contact donors to offer:
    • A refund of the donated amount.
    • The option to allocate the donation to another active cause.
  1. Other Exceptional Cases:
  • Refunds for any other reasons will be evaluated at the discretion of the Darul Sadaqah Charitable Foundation
  • Refunds will be processed within 12–15 working days to the original payment method.
Cause Verification & KYC Process

To ensure the authenticity of every cause listed on our platform, we follow a rigorous verification process:

  1. Initial Contact & Document Collection:
  • A Cause Manager (CM) contacts the cause raiser to collect detailed information, references, and supporting documents.
  1. Eligibility & Content Review:
  • The CM verifies the cause’s genuineness and eligibility (e.g., Zakat eligibility) based on submitted documents.
  • The content team reviews the cause details before forwarding it for approval.
  1. Physical Verification (if required):
  • In specific cases, DSCF volunteers may conduct physical verifications.
  1. Cause Promotion:
  • Cause raisers are encouraged to promote their cause via social media and personal networks.
  • A short video or testimonial from the beneficiary can significantly increase campaign visibility.
Disbursement Process

Once the fundraising goal is achieved or the campaign ends, the cause raiser must:

  1. Submit Withdrawal Request:
  • Add recipient bank account details via the donor dashboard.
  • Submit a withdrawal request and inform the DSCF team via email.
  1. Fund Transfer:
  • After verification, funds will be transferred directly to relevant institutions (e.g., school, hospital, vendor) wherever possible.
  • Partial payments may be arranged based on the beneficiary’s immediate needs.
  1. Post-Payout Process:
  • Cause managers collect and archive testimonials, bills, and receipts to document fund usage.
  • Success stories are shared across platforms to inspire future donors.
Important Notes
  1. Unclaimed Funds:
  • If beneficiaries do not claim the raised amount within 3 months, and repeated contact attempts fail, DSCF reserves the right to:
    • Use the funds for administrative costs.
    • Redirect the funds to another cause.
  1. Surplus Funds:
  • If donations exceed the campaign goal, the surplus amount may be allocated to administrative expenses or other active causes.
  1. Large Donations:
  • Donors making large contributions are encouraged to use Direct Bank Transfer to avoid payment gateway deductions.
