1. Definitions

• Foundation: Refers to Darul Sadaqah Charitable Foundation, registered at Office/Shop No. 1, H N 2424, Kumar Pavillion, Pune – 411001, Maharashtra, India.

• User: Any individual or organization accessing or using the website.
• Donation: Voluntary monetary contribution made by a donor towards a listed cause.
• Beneficiary: The individual or organization receiving the funds raised through the platform.

2. Platform Usage

• The website is intended for charitable purposes only.
• Users must be Indian nationals donating from bank accounts within India (in INR).
• All users agree to use the website lawfully and ethically, refraining from any activity that could harm the foundation or its beneficiaries.

3. Donations & Payment Processing

• Darul Sadaqah Charitable Foundation does not charge any platform or processing fees. However, payment gateways may deduct a small transaction fee (~2%).
• The full collected amount (minus transaction fees) is disbursed to the beneficiaries.
• Once a donation is made, it is generally non-refundable unless it meets the exceptions outlined in our Refund Policy.

4. Cause Verification & Approval

• All causes undergo a thorough verification process, including document checks, physical verification (if needed), and approval by the foundation’s team.
• Causes may only be listed upon successful completion of the verification process.

5. Fund Disbursement

• Funds are disbursed directly to service providers (e.g., hospitals, schools) or vendors on behalf of the beneficiary to ensure proper utilization.
• In rare cases, if service providers cannot provide bank details, funds may be transferred directly to the beneficiary after final verification.

6. Unclaimed or Surplus Funds

• Funds unclaimed for over 3 months may be redirected to another cause or used for administrative costs, at the discretion of the foundation.
• Surplus funds exceeding the cause goal may also be reallocated to administrative expenses or other active causes.

7. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate and complete information when making donations or creating a cause.
• Misrepresentation, fraudulent activities, or misuse of the platform will result in immediate termination of access and possible legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, and materials on the website are the property of Darul Sadaqah Charitable Foundation and protected under copyright laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The foundation is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the website, delays in fund transfers, or inaccuracies in cause details provided by third parties.

10. Amendments to Terms

• The foundation reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant updates.

11. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra.
